At The Drake, we believe that no wine should be purchased until tasted and we believe that good wine should be shared with friends. We have held to these beliefs while establishing our wine program. Wines can be purchased by the glass, the bottle, the case or by the truckload. For glass, bottle and case purchases, see your server. For truckload purchases, see Sam Jennison.
We carefully select the vintners on this wine list. The vast majority of them are small - 20,000 cases or less annually. Vintners of this size put more tender loving care into their product and we believe it shows. Today's wines come from California, Oregon, South Africa, Australia and Germany. As we find additional wines worthy of your palate, we will present them. Should you not want to taste some wines, please accept our recommendation of ordering the house wines. These wines have been selected for their overall goodness and flavor. Enjoy.
